Ingredients (For the topping):
- One sweet potato
- For the pesto:
- Fresh basil, one cup
- Spinach, one cup
- Half a squeezed lemon
- Half a cup of olive oil
- A handful of almonds
- Pink Himalaya salt
- Chilli to taste
- For the pasta:
- Two zucchinis/courgettes
- Handful of Kalimata olives (de-seeded)
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Edible flowers (if you can find them)
