As The Four Elements are at the front of our minds during work, it means that I can live it too: creating a balance of work and life that allows for both productivity and time to switch off.

I love the diversity of our team in Pavelka – it’s a real variety of characters, backgrounds, cultures and experience which allows us to challenge, inspire and motivate one another. I’m also pleased to indulge my passions; nutrition, well-being and being organised! It’s a privilege to be able to makes a real difference to someone’s life through my job; particularly at the moment.
